Daily Alerts: Daily Alerts Not Working

The likely explanation is that your contact's email program is unable to view the Daily Alert email correctly. The Daily Alert email is sent with HTML to enhance the look and feel of the email. The vast majority of users are able to view HTML emails, although on rare occasions their email might not be able to read the Daily Alert. To correct this you should set your contact to receive a text only Daily Alert email. Â Â Â Â What should be done is to set the contact's personal preferences to receive Text Only Daily Alerts. To do this sign into your account and click on the Contacts tab. From here find the contact and click on their name. Once here near the top of the page click on the checkbox next to the selection "Send Text only Daily Alerts" and click Update at the bottom of the page to save the change. | |
